Murrelektronik's M12 connectors with x-coding enable error-free high speed data transfer with up to 10 gigabits per second.
A metal cross (x-shaped) in the connector safely separates the four data pairs from each other. The cables are also shielded from external interference. Combining RJ45 connections in the office and x-coded M12 connections in the field makes it possible to establish a consistent gigabit communication in companies.
Murrelektronik offers the x-coded M12 connectors together with highly-resistant PUR cables – they are perfect for applications in industrial environments.

Protocol change in the blink of an eye
SOLID67 are the new compact I/O modules from Murrelektronik. They make installation in the field easier and are very attractive for applications with IO-Link sensors and actuators. They provide eight IO-Link slots directly adjacent to the process and can easily incorporate classic IOs into the system.
Full encapsulation and impressive vibration and shock values (15 and 50 G) prepare the modules for use in harsh industrial environments – within a temperature range of − 20 to +70 °C. This opens a door to numerous applications. Comprehensive diagnostic options at the module, through the control unit, and through an integrated web server, make troubleshooting a simple exercise.

IO-Link analog converter
The IO-Link analog converter from Murrelektronik can be used to connect analog sensors and actuators easily to the IO-Link master.
A series of sensors and actuators are designed for use in IO-Link applications. Although traditional analog sensors and actuators also have to be integrated into installation concepts again and again.
The quickest, easiest and most economical way to do this is by using the IO-Link analog converters from Murrelektronik. They convert the analog signal to the IO-Link protocol. This allows a wide range of types of analog devices to be connected to an IO-Link master.

IO-LINK INDUCTIVE COUPLER
The contactless plug connector
The IO-Link inductive couplers from Murrelektronik transmit power and bidirectional IO-Link communication contactlessly across an air gap. This prevents mechanical wear from occurring and is an ideal solution for replacing heavily stressed plug and slip connectors.
IO-Link master and devices can be connected to the IO-Link inductive coupler in a short amount of time (10 ms) and can be disconnected just as quickly. Typical application areas are tool changers, feed units, rotary indexing machines...many areas in which power and data need to be transmitted to movable machine and system parts. The primary parts of the IO-Link inductive coupler can be combined with any number of secondary parts—and vice versa. Dynamic pairing can also be used to solve easily complex requirements involving several primary and secondary parts.
IO-Link inductive couplers increase the availability of systems. They allow for the shortest cycle times and create flexibility in production processes.

Cube67 diagnostic gateway
Murrelektronik's Cube fieldbus system offers extensive diagnostic options. A new diagnostic gateway allows Plug & Play access to the data via an Ethernet interface. This solution is easy to implement, provides clear instructions in case of failure, and allows maximum availability of machines.
- Commissioning engineers use the diagnostic gateway to examine the topology of the Cube system and detect installation faults at an early stage.
- The service personnel of the machine or system builder quickly identifies errors by temporarily integrating the diagnostics gateway. Moreover, this system is a perfect solution for machine acceptance tests. Permanent integration is also a great way to guide, for example the electrician, in the field via remote access.

Processes and products used in the food and beverage industry have to be free from contamination. Therefore, the requirements regarding cleanliness and corrosion protection are very high.
One of the main requirements is that the components used be easy to clean with no grooves or other small spaces where mold or bacteria can collect.
